- For damaged items, just send us a clear photo. If you can, take a video while unboxing—it’s super helpful (but not required).

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to let us know about an issue. After that, we won’t be able to process a return or exchange.

Shipping Costs
We wish we could cover return shipping, but to keep our prices affordable for everyone, customers are responsible for those costs.
A Note on Refunds
If you qualify for a refund, we’ll return the cost of the product itself. Shipping and handling fees aren’t refundable because they help us support local artisans and keep our prices fair.
