Couriers We Use
We’ve partnered with GOGO Xpress and J&T Express for their reliable and efficient services. In the future, we may work with additional couriers to give you more options.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your package is picked up by the courier, delivery times are as follows:
- Greater Manila Area: 1–3 days after courier pickup.
- Rest of the Philippines: 3–5 days after courier pickup.
- These timelines may vary slightly due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping depends on two factors:
- Weight of the package
- Distance to your location
You’ll see the exact shipping fee calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Order Processing Time
We’re proud of our quick turnaround time. Your order will be packed and prepared for pickup within 24 hours of purchase. We schedule courier pickups promptly, ensuring your package begins its journey to you as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order is handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be generated.
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking details automatically.
- If you created an account on our website, you can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.
This allows you to monitor your order every step of the way.
Express Shipping Options
If you need your order delivered urgently, we offer express shipping using trusted services like Lalamove, Angkas, or Grab Express.
- Please contact us directly to arrange express shipping.
- Rates for express shipping are higher and will be communicated upfront.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work only with reliable couriers, unforeseen issues may arise. In the rare case that your parcel is lost:
- We will offer a reshipment at no additional cost or provide a refund after confirming the loss with the courier.
- If there’s a significant delay, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your package.
