2. About SamThi.com
SamThi.com is a Philippines-based made-to-order shop offering customized and ready-to-order products such as:

- Other customized or made-to-order items
Most SamThi products are made-to-order. This means we prepare or produce the item after your order details are confirmed and the required payment has been received.
3. Made-to-Order Products
By ordering a made-to-order product, you understand that the item is prepared specifically for your request.
This may include sourcing materials, preparing designs, editing files, printing, cutting, sewing, assembling, packing, labeling, scent preparation, or other production steps depending on the product.
Because made-to-order products are prepared specifically for the customer, they may require production time and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, wrong details provided by the customer, or approved design choices.
This does not remove your rights if the product is defective or if there is a valid production error. Philippine DTI guidance states that a blanket “No Return, No Exchange” policy is not allowed when it prevents consumers from exercising remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund for defective products. 4. Product Information
We try to display product descriptions, prices, photos, customization options, sizes, materials, scents, colors, and production timelines as accurately as possible.
However, product photos, mockups, samples, and previews are for reference only. Actual colors, texture, print output, material feel, scent strength, sizing, and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, material batches, printing methods, handmade work, supplier differences, and production limitations.
We reserve the right to update product information, prices, options, materials, availability, and production timelines at any time.
5. Product Availability
Product availability may depend on material supply, supplier stock, product type, season, quantity, production capacity, and current order queue.
If materials are unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer alternatives, adjust the timeline, revise the order, or cancel and refund the affected portion if needed.
6. Order Process
A typical SamThi order may follow this process:
You choose a product and submit your order or inquiry. We review your product details, quantity, design, materials, timeline, and delivery or pickup preference. We confirm the order details and payment instructions. You pay the required 50% down payment. We source materials and prepare the design or mockup if needed. You review and approve the design preview when applicable. We proceed with production. We complete quality checking and mark the order as ready for pickup or shipping. You pay the remaining 50% balance plus delivery fee, if applicable. The order is released for pickup or shipped through the agreed delivery method.
Your order is usually considered confirmed only after all required details are complete and the required 50% down payment has been received.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated order information.
This includes your name, contact details, delivery address, product choices, quantity, size, color, material, scent, design instructions, spelling, names, dates, artwork, logos, photos, layout notes, and other customization details.
You are also responsible for reviewing all design previews, mockups, order summaries, payment instructions, and production details before approval.
If you provide incorrect information or approve incorrect details, we may not be able to offer a free replacement, refund, reprint, or correction once production has started.
8. Custom Designs and Uploaded Content
You may submit designs, logos, artwork, names, text, photos, references, Canva links, or other files for your custom order.
By submitting any content to SamThi, you confirm that:
You own the content, or you have permission to use it. The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. The content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or misleading. The content may be used by SamThi only to review, prepare, customize, produce, and support your order.
We may refuse any design or order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, legal requirements, platform rules, production limitations, or our own business standards.
9. Design Assistance
SamThi may offer design assistance as a paid add-on.
Small edits may be done for free at our discretion. Examples may include simple text placement, minor alignment, simple resizing, or small adjustments.
More complex design work may require an additional fee. This may include layout creation, artwork cleanup, photo editing, logo preparation, multiple revisions, custom illustration, detailed design work, or changes that require significant time.
We will inform you if your request may require an additional design fee before proceeding.
10. Design Preview and Approval
For customized orders, we may provide a design preview, mockup, or confirmation through the order tracking page, email, SMS, chat, or another communication channel.
You must carefully review all details before approval. This includes spelling, names, dates, colors, layout, quantity, size, material, scent, product options, and design placement.
Once you approve the design and production starts, changes may no longer be possible. If changes are still possible, they may require additional fees and may extend the production timeline.
11. Order Tracking

The order tracking page may show your order status, payment status, design review, design approval, material sourcing, production updates, delay notices, pickup readiness, shipping readiness, and other order details.
You are responsible for keeping your order tracking link, order number, verification code, or access details private. Do not share your order tracking access with people who are not authorized to view your order.
12. Production Timeline
Production time, including material sourcing, may take 3 to 14 days, depending on the product, quantity, customization, design complexity, material availability, and current production queue.
The estimated production time will be shown on the product page or confirmed during the order process.
Production time usually starts only after:
Order details are complete. The required 50% down payment has been received. Design files or customization details have been submitted. Required design approval has been completed, if applicable.
Delays in payment, missing files, unclear instructions, late approval, revisions, or changes may extend the production timeline.
13. Production Delays
We will do our best to complete your order within the estimated production timeline.
However, delays may happen due to material sourcing issues, supplier delays, high order volume, design revisions, incomplete details, payment delays, machine issues, production errors, weather, holidays, courier limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we encounter a delay, we will notify you through email, SMS, and/or the order tracking page.
14. Rush Orders
Rush orders may be accepted depending on product type, material availability, design readiness, quantity, production schedule, and current workload.
Rush orders may require an additional fee.
We reserve the right to decline rush requests if we believe the requested deadline is not realistic or may compromise product quality.
15. Pricing
Product prices may vary depending on the item, size, material, design, quantity, print method, customization type, packaging, scent, add-ons, design assistance, rush request, and delivery location.
Prices shown on SamThi.com may be base prices unless otherwise stated.
The final price will be confirmed before your order is accepted.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and change product fees at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
16. Payment Terms
For made-to-order products, SamThi requires a 50% down payment before production starts.
The remaining 50% balance plus delivery fee must be paid once production is complete and the order is marked as ready for shipping.
If you choose store pickup, the remaining balance must be paid before or upon release of the order, depending on the agreed arrangement.
17. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- GCash

- Bank transfer
- Cash payment during store visit
We may consider cash on delivery in the future, but COD may not be available for made-to-order products unless specifically offered.
18. Proof of Payment
For online payments or bank transfers, you may be required to send proof of payment.
Please make sure the payment proof clearly shows the amount, date, reference number, and payment channel.
Do not send banking passwords, wallet passwords, OTPs, PINs, full card details, or private account login credentials. SamThi will never ask for these.
19. Payment Verification
Orders may not proceed until payment is verified.
If your payment cannot be verified due to unclear proof, incorrect amount, missing reference, failed transfer, or payment channel issue, we may request additional confirmation.
Production timelines may be affected by payment verification delays.
20. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
If production has not started and materials have not been sourced, cancellation may be reviewed and may be approved.
If materials have already been purchased, design work has started, production has started, or the item has already been customized, the down payment may no longer be refundable.
If cancellation is approved, any refund amount will depend on the order status, materials already sourced, labor already performed, design work completed, payment fees, and other costs already incurred.
21. Returns, Refunds, Repairs, and Replacements
Because SamThi products are often made-to-order or customized, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Wrong spelling or details provided by the customer
- Approved design choices
- Customer-provided low-quality files
- Delayed customer approval
- Preference changes after production
- Minor variations due to handmade work, screen differences, or material batches
However, if your item has a confirmed defect, wrong product, wrong approved design, missing quantity, or production error caused by us, we will review the concern and provide an appropriate solution.
This may include repair, replacement, reprint, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the case.

22. Reporting Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Ideally, report concerns within 24 to 48 hours after delivery or pickup.
Please provide:

- Photos of packaging, if relevant

We may need to inspect the item or request additional information before approving a repair, replacement, reprint, or refund.
23. Defects and Product Variations
A defect may include a major print error, wrong item, wrong approved design, damaged product before delivery, missing quantity, unusable product, or production mistake that clearly differs from the confirmed order details.
The following may not automatically be considered defects:
- Slight color differences between screen and actual product
- Minor print placement differences
- Fabric texture variation
- Material batch differences
- Scent strength variation
- Handmade finish variation
- Minor size differences within normal production tolerance
- Customer-provided low-resolution design output
- Design details approved by the customer
We will review each concern fairly based on the order details, product type, approved preview, and actual item condition.
24. Store Pickup
Store pickup is available.
You may visit us at Salvania Compound, searchable on Google Maps or Waze.
Once your order is ready, we will notify you through the order tracking page, email, SMS, or other communication channel.
You may be asked to provide your order number, name, contact number, or proof of payment before the order is released.
25. Delivery
Delivery may be available depending on your location, product type, size, weight, courier coverage, and shipping restrictions.
Delivery fees will be confirmed before shipping and must be paid together with the remaining 50% balance.
We may use couriers, riders, logistics providers, or customer-booked delivery services.
Once the order is handed over to the courier or rider, delivery time may depend on their route, schedule, weather conditions, service coverage, and other factors outside our direct control.
26. Customer-Booked Courier
If you book your own courier, you are responsible for coordinating the pickup, delivery details, and courier handling.
SamThi is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, or mishandling caused by a customer-booked courier once the item has been properly released for pickup.
For fragile, bulky, scented, or custom-made items, please choose a delivery method that can properly handle the product.
27. Risk of Loss
For store pickup, risk transfers to the customer once the order is released to the customer or the customer’s authorized representative.
For delivery, risk may transfer once the order is handed over to the courier or rider, unless the issue was caused by SamThi’s packing error or production defect.
We will review concerns fairly if an item arrives damaged, but courier handling may affect the available remedy.
28. Customer Communication
We may contact you through email, SMS, phone call, website notification, chat, or the order tracking page for order-related purposes.
These may include order confirmation, design approval, payment verification, production updates, delay notices, pickup instructions, shipping updates, and support concerns.

29. Intellectual Property of SamThi
All content on SamThi.com, including website design, product photos, text, graphics, icons, product descriptions, branding, page layouts, and other website materials, may be owned by SamThi or its licensors.

30. Customer Content and Portfolio Use
We will not claim ownership of the designs, logos, photos, or artwork you provide.
However, you allow SamThi to use submitted content as needed to review, prepare, customize, produce, deliver, and support your order.

If approved, we may use photos of completed products for portfolio, sample, social media, or promotional purposes.
31. Prohibited Uses

SamThi is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, improper handling, unsafe use, or failure to follow care instructions.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SamThi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of SamThi.com, order delays, customer-provided errors, courier delays, material variations, or misuse of products.
